1. General

ORAI Wellness & Aesthetics (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides advanced skincare, wellness services, and curated products. All purchases — whether online or in-person — are subject to these Terms & Policies.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services or site after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services

• Bookings: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment, deposit, or written booking confirmation.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of deposits or incurring cancellation fees. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 100% service charge or deposit loss.

• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may reduce treatment time to ensure we remain on schedule. The full treatment price will still apply.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full or result in deposit forfeiture.

• Treatment Suitability: For your safety, we reserve the right to decline or modify treatments if we determine they may not be suitable for your current health or skin condition.

3. Products

• All skincare, body care, and fragrance items are final sale due to health and hygiene regulations.

• Please review product information and ingredient lists prior to purchase, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

• In the unlikely event of a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or store credit.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

• We currently ship within Canada.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (if applicable in future).

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. ORAI Wellness & Aesthetics is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

• Returns are only accepted for products received damaged or incorrect, reported within 5 business days of delivery.

• Any accepted returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

6. Liability

• All services and products are provided based on the information shared by the client.

• ORAI Wellness & Aesthetics is not liable for allergic reactions, adverse effects, or issues resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre-/post-treatment instructions.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all ingredients, service descriptions, and aftercare recommendations prior to purchase or treatment.

• Results may vary between individuals; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

• All content, branding, images, copywriting, and design elements on this website and in our marketing are the exclusive property of ORAI Wellness & Aesthetics.
